We ship fish using only Express method for a flate fee of $20

Shipping of live fish is only on Mondays and Tuesdays
In the unfortunate event of fish death on arrival (that was received in a timely manner) We have a D.O.A (Dead on Arrival) Policy, please refer to D.O.A policy in the link below
Shipping fee is non-refundable in the event of D.O.A
Please understand D.O.A policy and make sure someone is home to accept live fish delivery

** Please note when purchasing a Betta fish with the 'marble' gene. Due to the nature of the gene, colours and colour patterns may change and may look different from when the picture was taken and posted on the website. A more reliable way of identifying the fish is by form/shape and finnage. By purchasing a marble variety, you agree you understand this.
